Since our opening, we have emphasized the importance of using local purveyors & keeping things close to home. It is not merely enough to create wonderful dishes with the food we procure, but meaningful interactions and relationships with the people providing the food that inspires, challenges, and excites us. The concept of the #AHWholeGardenDinners is simple: one purveyor is highlighted per dinner & a menu is planned and executed for a small table of guests in an effort to gain a better understanding of the unique contributions each producer has to offer.
